Newspaper nails are really cute and easy first apply your base coat preferably a light color then dip a small section of newspaper in rubbing achohol then place on nail remove then you have cute easy nails.

Ahhh sry messed up don't dip the newspaper dip your nail in the the achohol then place newspaper on it for about 15 seconds.
