So last night at a club this girl jumped on my ankle and now it's veryyyy swollen and bruised, I think it's sprained. I know it's not broke, and doctors can't do anything for a sprain. I'm leaving for Jamaica tomorrow morning. What are some ways to reduce the swelling and pain?

Witch hazel and arnica will clear up the bruising. Epsom salts will help ease the pain and swelling. I hope this helps Shauna. (:
