A foundation that has no spf in it since that will leave a white cast all over your face.
If you want to buy a new foundation Makeup Forevers HD Foundation is good for filming and photography. For the rest you can search youtube for Prom makeup tutorial or makeup for photography, there are tons of tutorials on that :)
