I hope that e.l.f. will be in Canadian target too. The only place I can find it is winners! And its all usually a poor selection... I hear so many good things. But interested to see when they open here what Target does have for make up.

I love Pixi! Their tinted brilliance balm is amazing.

ELF is great too. Their products are hit and miss, but ever so often you find a real gem.

And my Target is the only place that seems to get new Revlon products in my area, so I love Target for that too!
