Advice? Ordering makeup from UK to US.

Okay, so I'm come across a dilemma that I was hoping to get some advice on:

There are three LE eyeshadow palettes that I've been wanting for a while. While certain palettes are sold on the regular Amazon site, the LE ones are not. I've checked the manufacturer's site, eBay, and lots of other places, but the -only- place that I've found that sells the palettes is Amazon.co.uk.

The problem: They won't ship beauty products to the US. And I don't have any friends overseas where I can just send the palettes to and they'd send it to me.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? If so, how did you manage to resolve it? I really would like these palettes, and I'm a bit frustrated that I can't get them. :/

What palettes is it that you're looking for? I know Sleek Makeup which is UK based has some products they can't sell to the US because it doesn't pass our FDA laws. Maybe that may be why they can't ship them to the US.

The palettes are from Sleek, yes. I think that it's just beauty products overall, though, with Amazon.co.uk because I've been able to get the Acid palette from the regular Amazon palette, and that's one of the palettes that the actual Sleek site can't ship to the US.

I'm really hoping that someone might know of a third party company or something that'd be able to send it out or a shopping service.

Just frustrated since I'm stuck, and I really hope that someone might have some advice.

I know what you mean. Luckily my friend is in London as an exchange student so I asked her to get me the 3 palettes I wanted that can't be sold to the US.

You're so lucky, Tiyah! I really wish that I was in a similar position with a friend. :( It's so frustrating, lol!
