I use Biore Warming face wash! When cleansing your face, start with hot water. This opens your pores. Wash face with whatever facial cleanser of your choice, then rinse with cold water. This closes your pores, not allowing dirt n all that back in. Pat your face dry. This works for me keeping the pimples down, especially with my skin being oily, and I wear my hair down (which also contains oil)!! Hope this helps!!

Go see a dermatologist. They are skin specialists and they know what they're doing. I had acne and went to see one, they are very expensive but they give very effective solutions like antibiotics xx

I started developing acne at 21, I am now 27 and have tried everything!! Visit your GP and ask for medication and I found the best products were bare minerals cleanser, foam wash and there daily exfoliating scrub. Also dermalogica has amazing products to clear skin. Never pick your spots, you will end up with scars! And make sure you take your make up off throughly EVERY night without fail. Hope this helps... I know how you feel :-(

I agree with Mic S also. Don't use fabric conditioner when washing bed sheets the softener really irritates acne prone skin.

You can use jus 2 products as your daily skin care product
1) OXY 10 just on the affected areas
2) Cetaphil daily cleanser as your face wash..cetaphil s very moisturizing plus it'll help the dryness of your acne that can occur after using OXY 10...

Or just put toothpaste on the zit and if you do it each night and wait till it's dry then use water to wash off it goes away around two to four days for me. It cleans out the Ick and if it stings for a bit it's working don't worry.

Don't stress too much. Most people have some breakout issues. That's why there are so many posts and responses to acne topics. Do not pop them or you could end up with scars.

I feel like cleansers or any skin regimen is on a trial by trial basis what can work for someone might not work for an other. Trial & error.

Whatever you do don't go and extract them yourself if you do not know what to do you will on spread them around. In my line of work I use Clinical care skin Solutions and the acne line works great.

Stop using soap on your face. Nasty. By the sounds of it I'd say your excessive use of soap and other damaging products are making this worse. For acne skin a foaming cleanser is recommended to get rid of excess oil. However in your case I'm thinking try a gentle good cream cleanser which will help with the oil but won't strip and dry out your skin. So your face won't be producing excess oil to make up for the stripping. I'd try gentle cleanser and exfoliating 2/3 times a week. And it should help regulate your skin. But just remember your skin needs a little time to adjust to new products for some ppl and break outs can appear just from the change

You could try dermalogica's special cleansing gel if you have combination to dry (sensitive too) skin. It thoroughly cleans your skin. (so that your pores are not clogged).
