Help my hair won't cooperate.

My hairdresser cut my hair and put a ton of layers in it. When I try to style it...it turns out so unruly. What do I do? I try to flat iron it and it doesn't work... :(

Oh I hate when that happens! I think your hair looks great like that! But hmm I don't know try curling the flat iron in when straightening?
