I would go with a blush pink lipstick or lipgloss -not cotton candy colored, green eyeshadow that matches or is similar to the green in your dress. If you want to wear eyeliner, I would suggest to wear a thin line of black on your eyelid. Mascara and blush to finish the look. The green and black will make your eyes pop, but I recommend clear mascara because you have red hair. The light blush pink will be easy to touch up during the night because its a lighter color. And I would recommend if your hair is long, to put it up in a loose, curly, messy bun. If its shorter I would recommend curly down ( shoulder length and up). Don't apply heavily and most importantly, HAVE FUN!!

What is a good foundation for super coverage, but won't clog pores. I'm only 16 so I don't want heavy makeup.
