Murad or Clinique, they both have acne treatments in them so you won't break out worse from something else you're putting on top of them.

Bare minerals has a blemish treatment. It's not a concealer though, it's in powder form but works well under my makeup and during the night if that helps you at all =/

MUFE full cover liquid concealer. Its waterproof and their whole is non-comedogenic so it won't clog your pores. If you have really active blemishes just try a tinted moisturizer (Laura Mercier is great!) and dab a tiny bit more on the blemish, set witg powder if you wish (like MUFE HD powder, but too much!!)
