What are some Ways that I can make my lips look smaller without putting layers Of makeup on them.

Apply foundation on them lightly. line your lips on the inside of your vermillion line but not too far in. Then use a darker lipstick. Remember, dark colors help recede and in this case look smaller. Don't use a gloss.
