There are 2 that I recommend. The palette by Wet n wild color icon collection in comfort zone is great! It's highly pigmented and you can do everyday looks to smoky and they are so cheap. If you are looking for an ud naked dupe, try MUA's palette in undressed! :)

Makeup geek has pallets that you can customize with different eyeshadows in pans. You can choose a couple shimmers and mattes in neutral shades and maybe one "crazy" color and they are reasonably priced compared to MAC or UD buildable pallets. Otherwise, I recently bought the return of sexy from too faced and I love it except for the fact that all of the shadows are shimmers.

I LOVE and just purchased Victoria Secrets palette called the Nakeds- It's a complete dupe of the naked palettes but then again, it's different at the same time. It has 12 shades and I love that they're darker and different than the urban decay ones are more light and metalic, I'll post a picture of it below- it's super pigmented with great color payoff and the shadows last a long time. It's easily compareable to other high end products, which I was suprized about because it's Victoria Secret and I never thought they're makeup would be as amazing as it really is. It was also half the price of the naked palettes- this one was only $28 and it comes with 12 shadows, a black liner and a double ended brush.

Here's the picture of it, and sorry that some of the colors don't show up that well because I'm so pale but they are very pigmented in person. :)
