It depends what you are wearing but black graphic eyeliner with a red lip is always a classic option. Ruby Woo by MAC is a beautiful red. If you are skeptical about the red lip, you can opt a nude pink lipstick.

Bold cat eye or fun color you wouldnt normally wear. Glitter if you like it! Def false eye lashes. Have fun and be creative.
