I've got a combined skin, and at the dry places am I getting these spots because it is so dry. I use a moisturizer for day and night but my skin will get all oily and the dry sports won't go away.
Any advise?

Just dab the dry spots with moisturiser? and use a toner to combat oils?

Use moisture rich products, it will take some time and I find eventually it becomes TOO much for my skin. I love simple moisturising facial wash, lotion and light moisturiser! I find that it just works and its dirt cheap! X.

I adore using chemical exfoliants for my skin :) It won't trigger your oil glands into overdrive either. If your dry patches are severe, after exfoliating, apply your normal moisturizer and use a Vitamin E oil or any other face oils on the dry patches once a week.
