So I'm not going to post a picture because its seriously bad. Lol. I chopped my hair into a really short pixie not long ago with the top longer and sides shaved..now I'm having hair remorse and want to grow it out. I've searched the Internet for tips and tricks and was wondering if anyone had some more advice. I'm using Main and Tail shampoo and conditioner every other day because that stuff has helped my hair grow in the past. Help me ladies!!

Eat foods high in protein. Such as chicken. Take evening primrose oil tablets that's what I do

I am growing my hair out too! I have researched a lot and started using a non sulfate cleansing conditioner called hair one, using reddken anti snap for a leave in, garnier thermal protection, and using diffrent protein treatments and oils for my hair too and I'm taking prenatal vitamins. I have tried everything in the book and these are the only products that have made my hair back to before I started bleaching and has grown an inch in the past two months (as it should) I would recommend doing alittle research before buying anything since everyones hair is different and trust me I have spent a lot of money trying to grow my hair out:)

Take hair, skin, and nails vitamins. Get a deep condition once a month. And faithfully get a haircut every 4 to 6 weeks.
