Sonia kashuk and elf. both sold at target and relatively cheap and real techniques from ulta. a lot of the people on here really like Sigma. I have not tried their brushes but they're dupes of mac brushes.

Check out crownbrush.com they have really nice sets also pretty affordable. Elf brushes are super good too especially the studio line brushes I'm not super fond of the white brushes, but the black ones are good.
