My nails won't grow what shall I do?

I had the same problem three years ago! Then I stopped biting them.. And stopped applying mail polish for a while! Trim them regularly
And task your fingers on dining table as if you are playing piano this increases blood circulation... warm olive oil and soak you fingers and nails completely in the bowl for 15 minutes! This strengthens the nails.. Wear gloves when sleeping warm temp wil increase blood circulation which is good for nail groth.. Try eating lots if vitamin e, milk.
Note: do not, never cut your nails befor nail line.. Always leave a little margin. And unitially don't file your nails square. Square nails are weaker n tend to chip. Keep the semicircle.. Let them grow out.
