Try to watch Michelle Phans video on cucumber things for the face I've tried it and my eye bags are now unnotticable.

Buy an eye anti puff roller, I personally like the Garnier one thats not tinted. You could use concealer underneath the eyes which hides the bags but you could also use a spoon put cold water in a glass and put the spoon in it for 1-3 minutes then just place it underneath the eye do this once for each eye hope this helps!! Xoxo.

Usually a salon only product is best becoz the % of good quality products is higher
