I don't know if every drugstore has them, but the Real Techniques brushes are great! I have the face ones and I've heard the eye brushes are nice as well. I also like EcoTools, but same story, I have more face brushes than eye brushes, but the few eye brushes I have from them are absolutely wonderful!
