I've been looking into buying some extensions from legacy doll hair, has anyone ordered from here? If so did you order via email? Also, were you pleased with your purchase?

I've never personally ordered from them. But I do know that the only way to order, as of right now, is via email. They're in the process of building a web site due to high demand of the product. Tons of respected makeup artists on Instagram, as well as many others, have ordered their extensions, and LOVE them :) Hope this helps, If your question hasn't already been answered yet.

I bought from them and was amazed with how luscious and beautiful my extensions were. They were soo pretty I was too scared to cut them! Only problem was they didn't blend w my hair because they were so silky! Lol I've had the same ones since June but I'm definitely in need of new ones now lol hope this helped xoxo.

I won a 20 inch custom colored bundle in a contest between LegacyDollHair and Teresacliffhair. After about 5 months I messaged Teresa asking about when the hair would be sent out, and I had also messaged her a couple of times periodically throughout the 5 months and she would just rudely remind me that the hair was free, implying that there was nothing wrong with waiting 5 months to receive the hair and that she was away on business. I realized and took into account that she had been away for a business trip, but I'm a licensed cosmetologist and it doesn't take that long to just color hair and have it sent out. I went to the main person at Legacy doll hair and had just mentioned that teresa had been short with me and asked if it were possible that instead of custom colored hair I just get all brown hair and she said that would be fine. Shortly after Teresa blocked me on instagram. I feel that this really speaks volumes about her professionalism. Shortly after, I finally received my hair. Although, it sat around my house for a couple of months until I was able to save up the money to buy an 18 inch bundle to go with the 20 inch so it wouldn't be too thin. After some technical errors with paypal my money was finally sent through and I received my second bundle. While getting ready to install them, I decided that I should flat iron the 20" bundle since it had gotten a little wavy from sitting around. When doing this I noticed that some of the hair was literally melting on my flat iron. I emailed LegacyDollHair to let her know that the hair obviously had synthetic fibers, assuming that she didn't know and that whoever she had gotten her hair from was probably trying to rip her off since she advertises her hair as 100% Human hair. I sent pictures of my flat iron with the melted hair on it and showed her the synthetic fibers and she said my flat iron was probably too hot and looked sticky so that I should clean it off and turn the heat down. Obviously if I turn the heat on my flat iron down it won't be melting the hair anymore but the point is it shouldn't be melting the hair in the first place. Human hair doesn't melt -.- and flat irons definitely don't selectively melt hair, if the heat were the issue all of the hair would have been ruined. I really really wanted to love these extensions because the person who I heard about them from was Luna Lovebad, a gorgeous model who I follow on instagram. But honestly I've only had them for about a month and there are tons of tiny knots all throughout them where the hair breaks off at really easily, and as I said I'm 99.9% sure there's synthetic fibers mixed throughout. The hair was really soft when I first got it, but it tangles easily and somewhat mats together. Really disappointing.

This is what the small knots look like, and if the hair below the knot get pulled on or anything it breaks right off

I also have a video of the hair actually melting on my flat iron.

Hi Taylor , Teresa is not a representative of Legacy Doll Hair. Thank you for reaching out to us for further communication when needed. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair. And certainly if it was 99% synthetic hairs your extensions would of melted into plastic. If the flat iron isn't cleaned and or is high heat you can damage your natural hair as well as extensions. In regards to your photos they are not great substantial evidence of your claim. Here are photos of you in our product. Unlike other hair companies, we quality control our products, and work directly with our suppliers. The human hair comes off the head of donors. Then is processed, cleaned, and wefted. However thank you for your feedback. :)

Taylor H. If you have a video be sure to provide them. We have never heard of this video until now. Here is the last feed back we've received from you on 9.29 "Absolutely love it :D here's just a quick picture after I got them installed I'll probably take a better one tomorrow. But I love them :D they're so soft and thick, I can't wait to see how they look once I put some big curls in them."

For anyone interested in our product feel free to contact us :) here is a photo of our lovely customer wearing our Cambodian curly that she custom colored herself by bleaching from natural color black and still maintained their curls :) she also straightened them and returned them back to their natural state which can only be done with high quality human hair 💖
