I'm not looking for a speech of how I shouldn't have gotten tattoos if I need to cover them up, so please don't say that, I've already come to terms of how I shouldnt have...
my left arm is covered in different colored ink. I want to wear a dress that shows my arms for a church function in may. my question is, does anyone know of any make up that is thick enough to cover a lot of ink? or does anyone know of a tattoo remover cream that actually works or strongly fades?

Tell me how it works! I love my tattoos! But I want to cosplay certain characters. I want to cover them up only for that.

Hey Rachel!! Try Dermablend Concealer, it's actually made for that. They also have a foundation, when used with the concealer, it covers just about everything!! It is on the more expensive side so if you can only afford the one, go for the concealer. Here is a link for the video of them covering a man head to toe with it to hide his tattoos!!

If your willing to shell out the money then Kat Von D would work great it covers completely

Kat Von D's concealer is made especially to cover tattoos.. Also, CoverFX is very highly pigmented and amazing! My recommendation is to buy a corrector first to fully cover the color and then using a foundation over to blend with your skin.

I would reccomend getting a red lip liner and outlining your entire tattoo, and then filling in your outlines completely. "it is easier to cover a sunburn than..." get my logic there? then you want to go in with a heavy duty concealer such as dermablend, Kat von d, or hard candy glamoflague. once you've covered the entire thing by patting your concealer over the red, set it with a powder and you will be all set!

Your best bet is Ben Nye stage makeup for tattoos. I've got the dermablend, the kat von D, and extreme FX cover up. None work as well as Ben Nye. I was a theatre major and had to cover mine all the time. For $16 you get a round of four colors to blend, just set with baby powder. Visit the Ben Nye website, the product will last you a good while.
