I havent found any good ones that are a balm but I use the sally hanson lip pumper and it only costed me about $7

I returned my plumper fm Victoria secrets.try benefit plumper.I've been using skinn cosmetics for lip n mine have gotton plumper I'm nt kidding.

I love sexy motherpucker by soap and glory but I found mine at target years ago so it was cheaper I believe but you could check Marshalls or tj max!
