As a beginner how much money should I spend on make up?

Always get what you NEED first like; concealer, foundation, powder and eye liner. If your planning in buying brand name products it could get pricey. When I was a beginnner I bought cheap products to experiment with first, then went on to the "big stuff".

I've worked at counters and makeup stores for the past couple years, I always recommend taking baby steps so you don't end up with too many products you'll never use. Start with drugstore brands but also go to Ulta and sephora to experiment with higher end things. Sephora is great because you can take home samples.

I bought mines in bulk too. They took a month to get here but I got a eyeshadow pallete for about $10-20 and my blush pallete was $6 but now I see a better deal for $11. Bh cosmetics is also selling their 24 brush set for $19 on amazon. Foundation you should go to sephora or a drugstore.
