Liquid eyeliner clumping my eyelashes.

I bought a new liquid eyeliner the other day (namely Urban Decay 24/7-which was recommended to me) and while applying it, the brush gets into my lashes making applying mascara a pain!!...any advice on how to avoid this?

Lol thanks. That does make sense about lash primer!...although I guess I'd rather pick at the clumps!:)

I have that problem after applying a gel liner. It makes my lashes tacky and harder to apply mascara. Sometimes I comb them through with a lash comb and it helps a bit.
