Biotin And Hair Growth.

Has anyone had any luck with taking biotin to promote healthy/faster hair growth? My hair grows painfully slowly and I'm wondering if it will help at all. Also, has anyone tried Ultranourishair from GNC? It has pretty positive reviews but I'm curious to know if you guys have tried it, and how it works for you! Also, any general advice on growing hair strong and possibly fast?

I have about 3 different brands and it helped with my nail growth a lot because I have pretty terrible nails. The down side to it was I got so many black heads!! And pimples. My hair did grow faster because I have the same problem but for me it wasn't too crazy of a difference but did help it had its problems but is worth taking just drink a lot of water so you don break out :)

Hmm, I heard of that but I used applied nutrition longer and stronger hair and nails. I've been using for about 3 weeks now, I've n dramatic change in my hair growth. My hair was the same length for about a year it wouldnt grow and I didnt want to cut it because it was already short. so I recently decided to trim and I also dyed it. and my hair grew about half an inch since :D sooo I reccomend!

I get a biotin at sprouts. Really has helped my hair and nail growth. It also strengthened my hair and nails! I love it
