Seche Vite. I have tries OPI, Essie, Revlon, And Sally Hansen and nothing has worked as well. It's just a bonus that it helps your polish dry fast too!

Revlon Quick Dry Top Coat. It's cheap and it dries fast.

If you're impatient like me, Sally hansen has a topcoat that literally dries under a minute, I think the bottle says 'dries instantly' or something.
