The waterproof in general isn't good for your lashes. Unless your lashes really short. This mascara is more for volume it doesn't add any length for your lashes. Not my favorite.

It looks amazing and applies without clumps too!! I think you should get it and the waterproof works okay but I wear it with another mascara, but it's a great mascara.

The non-waterproof gives you much longer lashes (the first time I wore it my husband actually asked me if I had false eyelashes on!) - but it's very wet. I curl my lashes and they are pretty straight be the time they dry - I usually us my hair drier. It has great staying power but the wet is a negative. The waterproof is good but definitely not as long. I may try a cost of waterproof to set the curl the regular over it to lengthen.  :)
