I have these really annoying white spots in my nails, that look like mini clouds... Any ideas what I am doing to make this happen?

I have the same thing! what I did was just let your nails grow out and eventually when you are cutting your nails, theyveikk come off with the "scrap nail".

Drink more milk, I heard that happens because you don't have enough calcium.

Is the white spot on your natural nails? if it is that means you have less calcium. and as ALLYSA P. said it will go away as you cut your nails.

It doesn't just mean you have a lack of calcium it can be caused from a minor injury like banging your nail on somthing the only thing you can do is wait till it grows out (:

My doctor told me it is a calcium build-up which means you need more calcium! It's found in milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.
