You can use a pencil or powder I like pencil cause its faster. A good pencil is maybelline define a brow or the rimmel brow pencil and a good powder is the elf brow kit or Milani brow kit

If you use a pencil with a light hand it will look nice I use both I use Anastasia duo powder and too faced brownie pencil but too faced powder is nice to and a cheaper powder is the nyx
