Hey friends I just bought my first ever concealer for my dark under eye circles and I'm not sure if it belongs on top of my foundation or underneath?

It depends on the type of foundation you wear. If you wear liquid or cream foundation, I'd put your concealer on top. If you wear powder foundation, your concealer should go first. That's not a hard and fast rule though; play around with the concealer and put it on in whatever order you feel gives you the best look.

It depends on the concealer I've found that some stay better undder my foundation and some over test it out and see what hides the dark circles under your eyes (:
