Do the fabrics etc. go well together? Also what are some other options for bottoms in colder weather? (It's blizzarding where I am so I can't really where the skirt)

Oh okay xD your legs just look really dark from the shadow. But yeah black tights or leggings would be good for colder weather =] you could get leg warmers too? Those might be cute!
