My hair just won't grow.. I'm taking biotin & using a leave in conditioner by biotera and it says its suppose too help with hair growth. I haven't seen any progress. I do have split ends but they aren't that bad.. I have an appointment for a trim tomorrow.. Should I trim the dead ends cause I hear that I shouldn't trim it and just leave it too keep growing (slowly) any suggestions? I'm tired of my short hair.. Had it too short for too many years... Help.

You should really trim your hair, every two months is a good time to get a trim. I really recommend the spray it's a 10 it works great! And you won't regret it. As for hair growth, try eating foods with a lot of iron because biotin doesn't work for everyone, and make sure to drink a lot of water. There are a lot of things you can do. Using to many products aren't always the best either. That's why I love home remedies.

Try mane and tail shampoo and conditioner! every person who has tried it- from what I've heard- has really loved it and has seen great results! it deeply nourishes and makes your hair grow so super fast!

You should trim it but every 4 months is enough. The average hair grows half an inch to an inch per month, so if you cut it to often you just cut away what has grown...and then it seems like your hair doesn't grow. Where I worked ( as a hairdresser) we used to make special cuts where you only cut the split ends...maybe your hairdresser does that too..:)

That kind of trim is called a dusting and you should do it every couple months depending on how often you heat style. No matter how long your hair is it won't look good if it's not healthy
