A good source of viatmin D is being out in the sun for about 15 min, maybe do this everyday and throw on some sunscreen:)

If you're fair, start tanning for 5 mins and build a base otherwise you will be a peely skin lobster lol. I learned that the hard way!

Invest in a mystic spray tan. If your skin tans it means you've damaged it.
