What colors look good/natural, not over the top WILD, with a BLUE Mascara or GREEN/PURPLE? Any eyeshadow color suggestions? Or a specific eye color?

Thanks Chanel! lol that's actually what I did to one of my clients today! I just want to be able to CONFIDENTLY apply it when it's right or wasn't sure if it was intended for a certain skin tone or eye-color etc.
