How to stop this from happening?

Every time I do my eye makeup my eyeliner transfers! It doesn't matter whether it is gel, pencil or liquid it always ends up in my crease. How can I prevent this from happening? These aren't cheap eyeliners either. Today it happened with one of the urban decay 24/7 liners.

Use a primer

It's the eyeliner, not the shadow. I do use a primer.

Try setting the liner with black eyeshadow.

I used to have the same problem and I've been using primer for years make sure that you rub the primer in really good where the eyeliner goes and now I don't have that problem :)

Try a waterproof liner if you haven't yet?
