I have a huge fatass cold sore on the centre of my bottom lip and I want it gone ASAP!! Any good tips and advice? Thank you!! <3.

Take some minty toothpaste and put a big glob on there and let it sit on there for an hour or two then wash it off and put a warm towel on it do this every night before you go to bed and it should be gone in a day or two

Go to the doctor and get some prescription cold sore cream. That's what I did and it was gone in three days. Also, it doesn't come back:)
