How do you girls use coconut oil? I have very curly hair and most people use it to deep condition or to coat there ends.

Work it into your scalp and through the rest of your hair but pay most attention to your scalp. Leave it in for a few hours or if possible, a day. And rinse thoroughly :)

It's mostly for dry ends and to keep your hair from splitting and to stay hydrated. You want to avoid putting a lot on your scalp as it tends to have more oil. You don't want to add even more oil to your scalp and make it greasy so you put it on your ends. Work it through your hair put most of it in the middle/ end of your hair. You can put some on your scalp but don't use a lot.

Leave it in for 20 minutes or so and wash it out. Make sure you wash all the residue out.
