I really dislike short shorts if it does not cover the cheeks of your butt, or are so short that the front pockets are hanging out because they're longer than the shorts itself. I find it to be rather dirty and un-ladylike. But that's just me.

I have shorts from american eagle, none of theirs are too short, they're great for summer. when your shorts look like denim underwear is when you should be concerned. Modest is hottest!! haha :)
