I've been watching many videos aabout lemon helping treat acne. Is this true?

The acid in lemon helps heal on the surface acne, used with honey to moisturize it's effective.

So the honey should be applied after lemon?

Nope you can mix the two together. And it doesn't help acne it prevents breakouts fur to bacteria.
