Brush them with baking soda and water! To intensify it, use hydrogen peroxide with the baking soda! 1 tsp. of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide and 1 tbsp. of baking soda and brushing the resulting mixture on to your teeth! It will be a really thick paste so you know when you mix it! This will work really fast if you do it constantly everyday for the 2 minutes you're supposed to brush. I'd rather do this than white strips or tray whitening because those make my teeth really really really sensitive :/ but if I were to use any products the one I've had the best results with is the 5 min whitening gel (pictured below) it's around $10 at Walmart, cvs, or Walgreens... And leave it on for a half hour not 5 minutes and don't do it too often because it can eat away the enamel off your teeth, same as if you brush your teeth too hard too! I've also heard a lot of things aabout brushing your teeth with crushed up strawberries (the seeds exfoliate and whiten), and also with lemon juice- but I've never tried those. Hope you find what works for your teeth! :)

Wal-Mart has a teehee whitening kit. it's only $14.99 it's a seven days of whitening strips. I used this kit. really works. depending on the yellow you might need more than one kit. I also use the arm and hammer whitening tooth paste for $3. I hope this kinda helps! :)
