You can line your lips a little further than they actually are, also use a light color on the center of your lips, it will make them seem more plump.

Outline the center of your lips more to create a pre heart that would give your a pouty look but cute and full.

Make a paste with cinnamon and water. The cinnamon is one of the most common active ingredients in most lip plumpers. Take the paste and massage it into your lips then wipe off.

Apply lip gloss to just the center
