Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, avoiding stress can have an effect on your hair. If you want to have really long hair, you have to really be careful! No heat. At all. Blow driers and flat irons are like mini torture chambers for your hair! Massage your scalp every night for at least five minutes. I have more tips if you'd like

This might seem strange but massaging the scalp helps with hair growth as it is stimulates and helps hair grow.

My hair is almost to my butt and this is what I did:
-no heat at all for one month
-no sulfates
-no parabens
-weekly hair masks
-drink plenty of water
-multivitamin
-when hair is wet only use a wide tooth comb to minimize damage done by brushing.
Hope this helps!
