What is a good sunscreen with SPF 30-45?

Hey ladies & gents!

Any suggestions on a good sunscreen SPF 30-45 that doesn't feel sticky on the face or leave a white cast? (Under $20 preferably).

I have two favorites for under makeup but they're both a little more pricey.

They leave little to no color in te skin.

My favorite is lancomes water based face SPF. It's very smooth and completely clear and has an SPF of 50.

The other is Kate Somerville. It's more creamy than the Lancôme and isn't quite as clear but has more of the SPF your looking for around 30.
