Help! Dry acne spots!

I have very oily, acne prone skin. Yet, when I use spot treatments on my breakouts, all they do is dry out the pimple and leave a flakey dry patch behind. Does anyone else experience this? What can I do so this will not happen?!

I just have really dry skin and that happens on my chin and cheeks. You could use a moisturizer, my face is very sensitive though and moisturizers cause me to break out :/

The whole dry out thing happens to me too! I use a basic, no scent lotion on those spots and they go away for a little while, but I don't know what to do to get them to go away longer than a few hours.

I think thats the way a lot of products do to get rid of acne. They dry it out. Just use a rich moisturizer afterwards? Hope this hellps! :)
