Do you put liquid eyeliner on your waterline? And how do you do the thick bottom and top liner that turns into like cleopatra?

If you put liquid liner on your waterline, it will get in your eye and have a strange looking black line by your waterline. For the second question, use liquid liner or crayon liner and wing it out if you want! ( it will make your eyes appear bigger, brighter, and more awake.)

Liquid liner would have a lot more of a chance smudging than a pencil or gel. I love gel for lid and pencil for my lower lashline.
