What's the difference between concealer and foundation , can you use both? what's the best concealer? Thanks Girls <3.

Concealer is used to cover up blemishes and under the eye area normal one to two shades lighter than your foundation.Foundation is used all over the face. I use the Sonia Kashuk hidden agenda concealer or the Laura Mercier one.

Concealer is basically a more pigmented version of foundation therefore you only use it on problem areas.
