Makeup and hair for school dance?

Okay so the school dance is coming up and its on a cruise, om wearing this dress and my hair is chocolate brown and about 3 inches past my shoulders, I have a olive skin tone, I have acne, and my hair is naturally curly. Does anyone have ideas for my makeup and hair?
