Do you currently use a toner and moisturizer? a primer for foundation?
night-wash face. tone. moisturize. morning-tone, moisturize, prime, makeup.
toner helps balance out pH levels in skin, prepares our skin for moisture. when we don't moisturize, our skin tries to balance itself out, thus making our skin shiny! we have to control that! haha
