I've been wearing makeup for a long time now, but since I've started I've only Tight-Lined and lined my lower water line. Lately I've been really trying to get into the winged liner but haven't really improved since day one. Any tips and tricks? Or eyeliners I should try?

Go to lillyesque's youtube page. She always wings her eyeliner and I think she has a tutorial on it. Plus she does her makeup so fabulous, you'll love her!
