Cream blush ,nt sure if your oily.Maybe a primer first thn apply everythg else.Maybe also its the brand your using.Try Maybelline or Revlon.

Oh ok thanks guys. I use Mac blushes but my foundation and everything stays except my blush n it's annoying! So what brush would I use to apply cream blush?

Use cream blush then set it with a powder blush! :)
