I have tiny brown eyes and I've been doing my makeup for the same way for years so if anyone has any tips or ideas please help me out! :)

Don't put your eye liner on the water line, just your lashline. use eyeshadows close to your complexion, white eyeliner on the waterline works wonders to :-)

I hav small brown eyes too I use a rly shimmery brown eyeshadow (lighter than my own eyes) and put my false lashes on n they make em look bigger.
